Services

We provide photography, retouching, and related add-ons as described on the site. AI-generated images on the site are for style preview only.

Service availability can vary by region and schedule. We may update, improve, or discontinue service features to maintain quality and security. Any such changes will not materially reduce the core deliverables of confirmed projects without prior notice.

Pre-production guidance, creative direction, and delivery formats are specified in each proposal or order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made via secure online galleries or file transfer links with a minimum access window of 14 days.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon written approval. Payments are due according to agreed terms. Prices listed are pre-tax unless stated otherwise.

A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve dates. Balances are due prior to delivery unless alternative milestones are defined in writing. Late payments may incur a service charge at the maximum rate permitted by law.

You authorize us to issue electronic invoices. Currency conversions and bank fees are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included. Chargebacks without prior good-faith dispute resolution may result in suspension of services and revocation of licenses.

Licensing

Usage rights are granted upon payment according to the selected license. Extended licenses are available in the catalog.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the scope, territory, and duration indicated in your order. Editorial, commercial, and promotional uses may have distinct licensing tiers.

You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute source files (including RAWs) without an appropriate redistribution license. Moral rights and author attribution remain with Pluteldex Studio where required by law or contract.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt services, or infringe on intellectual property.

Prohibited activities include: attempting to access non-public systems; introducing malware; scraping at a rate that burdens our infrastructure; and using deliverables in unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory contexts.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or refuse work that violates these terms or applicable law.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free outcomes, and timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., venue access, weather, third-party outages).

Where legally required, consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or illegal use. Upon termination, all licenses not fully paid for are void. Clauses that by their nature should survive (e.g., payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable local laws where Pluteldex Studio is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before formal proceedings. Venue and jurisdiction will be specified in the order confirmation or invoice.
