How fast is delivery? ⯆

Most sessions deliver within 48–72 hours.

What is included in retouching? ⯆

Color balance, exposure, cropping, skin cleanup, and dust removal are included. Advanced compositing is quoted separately.

How do I book a session? ⯆

Choose your slot on our calendar, confirm the package, and pay a deposit to secure the date.

Do I own the usage rights? ⯆

You receive a perpetual, non-transferable license for personal use. Commercial usage requires a commercial license add-on.

Can I reschedule my session? ⯆

Yes, rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before the session. Inside 48 hours, a reschedule fee may apply.

Do you require a deposit? ⯆

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due on the session day.

What formats do you deliver? ⯆

We deliver high-resolution JPEG and 16-bit TIFF upon request. Web-ready exports are included.

Do you provide RAW files? ⯆

RAW files are not included by default but can be licensed for an additional fee if agreed prior to the shoot.

Where are you located? ⯆

We are based in a minimalist studio in the Arts District, easily accessible by public transit and with dedicated parking.
